As a result of the consultation, the Client receives:

1. QUESTIONNAIRE AND INTERIOR STYLE ANALYSIS
Getting to know and analyzing the client's needs, we discuss their requirements and expectations. We fill out our proprietary questionnaire and determine the interior style.

2. INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT VALUATION:
The Client receives a valuation of the interior design project along with a defined scope of design work and the number of visualizations.

3. FUNCTIONAL LAYOUT:
We provide advice for Clients who are purchasing a property from a developer, need to consider "developer changes", are purchasing a property on the secondary market, or are planning a renovation of their existing property. We sketch by hand two proposals for the arrangement of furniture for the property.

4. ANALYSIS / CORRECTION OF ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS:
We will discuss and sketch by hand 2 concept proposals for the electrical layout.

5. ESTIMATED COST AND COMPLETION DATE OF PROPERTY RENOVATION:
We will discuss, analyze the estimated cost, timeline, and finishing options for the property.

6. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
The architect answers all questions related to the project and the property renovation.

ATTENTION:
Please bring several copies of the property floor plans to the meeting - preferably on A4 sheets.

Consultation can be conducted either in-person at the office or online.
